Big Lou's Move Crew was founded by Drew, carrying forward the legacy of his father, Big Lou, who started his moving career in 1985. Trained by his father and mentored by Hans Movers' owner, Terry V., Drew gained both technical skills and valuable knowledge in the industry. With 12 years of hands-on experience, Drew established Big Lou's Move Crew to honor his father's legacy and continue providing top-quality moving services in Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs. Big Lou's Move Crew offers a variety of moving services, including residential and commercial moves, loading and unloading rental trucks or PODS, and in-house/on-site moves. They handle everything from furniture disassembly and packing to carefully loading and transporting your belongings, ensuring all items are protected with blankets, shrink wrap, and tape. Their hourly rates start at $55 per man, with a one-time truck and travel fee, and they provide custom pricing for pianos, safes, and larger items. Big Lou's also specializes in commercial moves for businesses like retail, restaurants, healthcare, and more. In addition to moving, they offer packing, custom crating for fragile or valuable items, and estate cleanouts or junk removal services. Big Lou's Move Crew is dedicated to making your move smooth and efficient.
