To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Website or from services provided by third-party moving companies listed on our Website. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of LocalMovers.com to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Website exceed the greater of (a) One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00) or (b) the amount paid by you to LocalMovers.com, if any, in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.
