We use FMCSA data and aggregated reviews from across the internet + information gathered from phone calls to businesses.
Every company we rate as a top company we have personally called and spoken to people at that company: human to human.
We also consider factors such as years in business, complaint volume, services offered and service areas, and price transparency.

We start with objective information from FMCSA plus broad review signals from across the web.
