About This Company

UMovers began to help students from the University of Virginia pay their tuition. What started as a student-athlete-only moving initiative quickly became much more. First, it grew to incorporate students from other college towns in Virginia. Now, the company employs locals and professional movers, too. Ultimately, it upholds its mission of giving back to its community. Beyond its services and employment opportunities, UMovers also donates to the UVA Children's Hospital. Based in Charlottesville, the company offers residential, commercial, and student moving services. These trained pros can handle the entire process from start to finish. They will set you up for success by handling the packing of your belongings. This is an essential step in your relocation. If it's done correctly, it will ensure nothing breaks or gets damaged. Then, they will get you where you need to be, whether that's a local or cross-country destination. To round up the whole thing, they also provide junk removal services. The team will ensure this is done in an environmentally friendly way. If you're looking for a reliable and smooth moving experience that allows you to support a local business at the same time, UMovers should be your #1 choice.
