"If I could give them negative stars I would. First the increased the price because of things added. Okay that’s fine, day of the move they are hours late so we had to get a hotel room for the night. On top of being late they again increased the prices and refused to negotiate when they estimated wrong. Then they did not honor the delivery date that was promised. To make it better when they went to deliver the first time it was the wrong stuff. Giovanni proceeded to call my a liar for saying it wasn’t mine and then held my belonging hostage. When I finally get my stuff a good portion is damaged. I try to have a conversation and ask about my stuff and I am threatened and spoken down too. I would never ever recommend nor the brokerage company who hired this scam artist. "
