Local Move from Gatlinburg to Nashville
"Horrible service. Kimberli Hart of Muscle Men Movers doesn't understand basic instructions and ignores you if you speak to her. She also employs a lot of drivers who do not speak English and will not understand requests for certain boxes to be packed more tightly or not. We were moving from Gatlinburg to Nashville and employed Kimberli's group. Huge mistake. Some of our stuff got stolen along the way and Kimberli said it wasn't "her problem" because we didn't use her "storage facility". What??! It happened in her truck! Rent a UHaul and move by yourself, not worth it. "
